Davide Cumini is an architect with over 20 years of experience in interior design and architecture. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading design companies and international studios, developing a strong expertise in retail, hospitality, and luxury environments.
He began his professional journey working on the fit-out of hotels and boutiques for prestigious luxury brands. From 2005 to 2009, Davide served as Project Leader at Matteo Thun & Partners in Milan, where he led several high-profile projects, including the Nhow Hotel in Milan, Vodafone Italia flagship stores, and the Illy Caffè headquarters in Trieste.
In 2009, he co-founded Iarchitects Studio, becoming its sole director in 2011. With offices in Milan, Paris, and Udine, the studio has delivered projects for major international brands such as Accor, Autogrill, Vodafone, and Illy Caffè, among others. Over a decade, Iarchitects established a strong reputation for innovative and brand-driven architectural solutions.
Alongside his studio work, Davide has acted as a consultant for several leading Italian design companies, contributing strategic and creative expertise across multiple sectors.
Since 2021, he has held the position of Head of Store Design at Zegna, where he oversees the global retail design vision for the brand.
With a holistic vision of design, each project is conceived as the result of collaboration and dialogue among different disciplines. This integrated approach ensures that architecture, interior design, branding, and communication work together toward a coherent and meaningful outcome.
